The courier agent is not authorized to accept the opened product and return your cash. In the unlikely event, if you are unhappy with the order, please go through our site’s 14 days Return Policy and call Customer Support to claim refund.
The refund can be transferred to your bank account or we can dispatch a Cheque to the address the item was delivered to within 15 days of receipt of the product which matched our return policy. Please get in touch with our Customer Support for more information.
