We import our proteins from west countries like USA and CANADA. Usually our protein is manufactured using ION Exchanged method. But many times we have seen that one company is not able to supply the best protein as our standards for every times they manufacture so we procure from other supplier who manufacture protein who might be using rennet in microbial form.
